Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Standard US shipping is free. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days. Expedited or international shipping, where available, is quoted on request before dispatch.
Products are supplied as lyophilized powders in sealed vials with batch-coded labels, packed in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. Certificates of analysis are available online for supported products and on request for all others.
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct; we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon carrier hand-off.
