Because research materials cannot be restocked once they leave our custody, all sales are final except as described below.
Wrong, damaged, or non-conforming items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.
Analytical non-conformance: if an independent analysis of an unopened vial materially contradicts the batch certificate of analysis, contact us with the report; verified discrepancies are refunded in full.
Order cancellation: orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
