Research Use Only. All products sold by Superbloom Research are intended for research and identification purposes only. Products are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion, and are not for human or animal consumption. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and are not dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, or drugs.

• Superbloom Research is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any pharmaceutical manufacturer. Compound names on this site are international nonproprietary names (INN) used solely for chemical identification; no product sold here is an approved drug, a compounded medication, or a substitute for any medicine.
• By purchasing, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older, hold a customer account with accurate information, and are acquiring materials on behalf of a company, laboratory, academic institution, or qualified independent research effort.
• You certify that materials will be handled only by individuals qualified in laboratory procedures and will not be resold, relabeled, or diverted for personal use.
• Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research materials.
• Product information on this site (formulas, sequences, molecular weights, analytical data) is provided for research identification purposes only and does not constitute advice of any kind.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we suspect are intended for non-research use; such orders are refunded in full.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superbloom Research disclaims all warranties beyond the analytical specifications stated on each product's certificate of analysis, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products at issue.

Privacy Policy

• What we collect: account details (name, email, password hash, company or institution, research field), order details (items, phone number, referral source), and inquiries you send us.
• How we use it: to process and fulfill orders, verify research-use eligibility, provide order updates and support, and meet legal and payment-processing obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.
• Sharing: limited service providers used to run the store (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, database infrastructure), each bound to use data only to provide their service, plus disclosures required by law.
• Security: passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes; traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS); access to order data is restricted.
• Retention & choices: account and order records are retained as required for business and legal purposes. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact support@superbloompeptides.com.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are currently fulfilled by local pickup in Orange County, California. Orders are typically ready within 3–7 business days; the Superbloom team will contact you when your order is ready.
• Products are supplied as lyophilized powders in sealed vials with batch-coded labels. Certificates of analysis are available online for supported products and on request for all others.
• Cold-chain or courier shipping, where offered, will be quoted at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon pickup or carrier hand-off.
• Inspect your order at pickup or on delivery and report any discrepancy within 48 hours.

Refund & Return Policy

• Because research materials cannot be restocked once they leave our custody, all sales are final except as described below.
• Wrong, damaged, or non-conforming items: contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.
• Analytical non-conformance: if an independent analysis of an unopened vial materially contradicts the batch certificate of analysis, contact us with the report; verified discrepancies are refunded in full.
• Order cancellation: orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before pickup/dispatch.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargeback Policy

• If any charge appears incorrect, contact support@superbloompeptides.com before disputing with your bank — genuine billing errors are corrected promptly, usually within 2 business days.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us, or after receiving the products ordered, will be contested with full documentation: order records, account certifications, acknowledgment logs, pickup/delivery confirmation, and correspondence.
• Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes are closed and future orders declined.
